What's your #1 rated beer?

    I'm inclined to say Westy 12 just because well...it's the only whale I've had. But if I could have only one of the beers I've ever tried right now I'd pick Heady Topper. That is number 1 in my mind.

    Heady Topper and Bourbon Barrel-aged Plead the 5th are my only perfect 5s.

    I've given 2 beers all 5's, North Coast Old Stock Ale and Unibroue La Fin Du Monde. My favorite beer is probably still Chimay White though.

    This is what I love about beer! Its not necessarily the highest rated beer. But what you like, Personally. I dont like the snobs that snub your choice, beer is made be shared, I love this thread. With that being said...
    Left Hand Milk Stout (nitro)
    Old Rasputin Russian Imerial Stout.
    Oskar Blues G'Knight Imerial Red(DIPA)
    Or Hop Knot IPA from SanTan Brewery (drink local!!)

    As for what I've reviewed my top beer is Duvel at 4.9. When I think about it that's a pretty appropriate beer to be 1st.

    Mine is Abyss, but it's really 2010 Abyss consumed in 2012.

    Followed by regular BCBS (2011 vintage consumed in 2012) and Double Sunshine (super fresh).

    Personally, I prefer the King of beers: Budweiser, I cannot believe I am the first one to think of this spectacular brew.
