Hey everyone, I could use some help tracking down tank manufacturing. I have googled and found a couple, but I would like to know who builds up the larger tanks for various breweries nation wide. This is partially curiosity fueled and partially business related. Regardless, if you know of any companies please let me know!

Thanks for the start buddy. I assumed there were more options than I could count... but the returns I got on my searches were definitely below average and I knew this forum would give me a better list than google ever could!

There are many companies bringing in Chinese equipment as well. I avoid that type as the Stainless is questionable as is the welding etc.

Agreed... which is kind of why I asked about companies. I'd like to see who their stainless options are. Plus I always like to see differences in companies and who breweries prefer to use!

I know Dogfish Head, Victory, New Belgium, & Harpoon use tanks from Ziemann Group in Germany. DFH uses a bunch of 600bbl tanks from them.

After a little googling, BMC seems to use Ziemann as well.

Here's a hugenormous Ziemann tank pic I found on google en route to Coors (1 of their breweries has FORTY of these, lol):

What a great shot! Rolec also makes tanks. We have quite a few 200BBL versions from them. Pretty sure Lagunitas has Rolecs too.

now that is am impressive picture for sure. Since I don't brew....can i build one of those in to the ground and retrofit it with a spiral stair case to act as my beer cellar please haha? My mind is having too much fun with that hypothetical idea hahaha.

thanks for all the info by the way! I really appreciate it.

Seeing as one of those costs about as much as nice house... there might be better options.

Might I suggest a Spiral Cellar (in the same vein). Alot cheaper compared to an industrial beer tank (~$10-15k range installed, iirc), pre-built and ready for a house build.

haha epic! I don't even have 10k to drop on that. Anyone have the hook up for say... 5 bucks? I spend too much money on bottles and diapers. Beer bottles for me... diapers are not for me!
