Could have also been the SD Comic Con ticket demand on BPT that jacked their servers up. Dorks.

 

Def not a bunch of beer geeks....

 

Isn't it nice to see that other BA's here are trying to trade multiple extra tickets 1 hour after they sell out for beer?

Does this piss anyone else off?

My guess is their phone system crashes in a bit....

 

I don't think they will be able to do too much to rectify the problem. Tickets already sold out and it's not as though they will resell tickets to the event. So...I'm not sure what will happen

 

yeah i don't know either. some guy on FB was suggesting they void all purchases and refund people who got tickets and have a "do-over"......lol

 

That would be the equivalent of pouring a tanker of gasoline onto a small fire

 

I believe that guy is our favorite (now banned, sadly) beer fan from DeKalb. Such a shame he didn't get any tickets -- though that suggests that, sometimes, the world works the way it's supposed to.

 

Such a bad idea, lets vultures prey on BA that really appreciate the product...

 

I have the same issue with mine it says day 2, but then at the bottom it says Wednesday... fingers crossed.

 

Same here. Can't imagine it will be a problem. There was a similar quirk with the two FOBAB sessions in Chicago, and things worked out fine there.

 

The tickets appear really weird. Different dates all over. Both my wife and I have Thursday tickets. On the website it is clear. On the ticket it does show it but it also has the whole event for dates as well. Wouldn't expect anything else after the experience trying to buy them in the first place.

I still haven't received my email confirmation but printed out the ticket and got my CC charged, so I am pretty sure all is good.

 

Man, travel all weekend and you have to wake up to this comedy gold after the fact.

It's safe to say I didn't EARN my KBS tickets this last weekend. For shame.

 

How did you print out your ticket? I thought the Email was the ticket? I got the email and was charged.

 

After you purchased the ticket you were taken to a confirmation/receipt page that had a link to print the ticket

 

the email you got should have a link that you can click and it takes you back to your confirmation page where there is a place to click to print your ticket....
