Founders Imperial. Never seen a stout pour like that one does.

Mikkeller Black Buffalo weighing in at a mighty 19.3%abv aged in Buffalo Trace Barrels, they don't get much more outrageous than that. It is like a bourbon with a little stout in it and pretty damn thick if I remember correctly. Also Fulton Worthy Adversary was surprisingly weighty with wonderful rich notes of toffee and cocoa nibs.

I know it's a summer release - what are the chances of any bottles of Zhukov still being on shelves this time of year (I have a potential mule in St Pete Beach.) Thanks!

Brooklyn BCS has a big footprint, bigger than Bells, CC, and Hoppin' Frog (according to seekabrew.com). But if you're on the west coast, then you don't have much chance, I'm afraid.

And I second all the FIS recs. The benefit of that beer is that it tastes better than almost all of the recommendations so far, including my own.

Hit or miss at this point. The only stores that I see them pop up at here and there are Whole Food Markets. I usually stock up anytime I see them, but I'm even getting low at the moment.

Marshall Zhukov was the thickest stout I've ever had until I had Zhukov's Final Push
