Guys, I was in Chicago for the past few days, yesterday was a 17-hour workday for me, so I wasn't so good with the hints. BUT!!! The box is sitting on a porch AS WE SPEAK!!! (as I type?)

    Anyway, final hint:

My first hint was that we had been in a BIF before, but, in fact, he has SENT to me before. Well, not me, but still me. Also pretty recently. Also in a BIF that was sorta secret.

Tallying things up, this first box is actually about half the haul. I'm not even sure I'd say it's the most exciting half.

The opposite is true for me, Stu has shipped to me and I would welcome a box from him again. That was the best Blind BIF yet.

I'm glad you liked it, that one was fun to put together. And don't worry, I'm sure you'll get a nice box sometime before 2014... (timeline accurate only if other people as slow as I am).

Its about quality, not speed. I really hate when life gets in the way of our obsession.

Came home later in the evening last night after work and volleyball to find a monstrous box inside the door. My wife told me that she was worried about its heft, so she moved it the minimum distance for safety. I was intrigued. Once I saw the shipping label, I knew what it was and became even more excited! Inside:
4x Pliny the Elder with a ten day old bottle date!!!!
    Drakes Hopocalypse
    50/50 Eclipse EC18 2011
    FW Parabola
    FW Sucaba
    FW 15
    Consecration
    Supplication
    Framboise for a Cure b2
    and
    Cantillon Mamouche!

Wow, what a box! As I set up the photo and contemplated its enormity, I popped the Pliny and the Consecration in the fridge and they were enjoyed with a few others last night amongst my wife and friends. ...and isn't that what this is all about!

    Thank you stupac2 (and slaphappysnark)!!

Glad you like the box, Chris! It was a lot of fun to chat with Stu about what would represent him/us in a box, along with getting to hit you back after Secret Santa. Also, I had a fun realization about where your BA name came from.
I had a similar issue--I finished packing the box after tracking down the fresh Pliny and then ended up having to slide it through my place and onto the porch for pickup. Yay wood floors.

I've begun to do a bit of poking aorund to see where this next box might go. I love being early in traditional BIFs because it gives me a lot of opportunity to find someone who I can treat nicely

BTW, just in case, update your wants people!

...and, for my first clue, my box will be headed to the place that has some of my highest rated IPAs. That should narrow it down to 2 places...
