If you are looking for balance in a IPA/DIPA, you should probably stay away from West Coast breweries....

 

Alpine does me just fine, sir.

And so does Port, for that matter.

 

Wasn't trying to be a dick, just a tip. I'm a huge Alpine fan, but wouldn't say their juice exactly balanced. Personal tastes, I guess....

 

Just polished off the remainder of last night's Captain's Reserve after a long afternoon / evening at the office, and now it's time for bed . . . so tired. And tomorrow I've got a shitload of work to do. Just hoping to be done by early evening so I can go over to bentonquest's house and enjoy his sixtel of Palate Wrecker.

 

Was the "just a tip" part a double entendre (playing on "dick")? In that case, I bow to you, sir.

2 canned Jai Lai, 1 SN Torpedo, 1 SN beer camp Floral

 

And I return the bow for catching my tip....
