Easy choice for me is Short's Cup of Joe and in a close second would be Terrapin Wake N' Bake. Could easily drink both of these daily and all year long. Hear that Short's? Year long, now start producing it that way.

Like most others, my taste changes pretty regularly (I am currently deep into Stouts), but if there is one beer that I clearly remember having for the first time and continuely impresses me...it is Heady Topper (sometimes the bandwagon isn't all that bad)!

I got a question..for some of you folks who only have ONE or TWO "perfect 5" ratings in the "gazillions" of Hads, on their personal rating list. (not tryin' to be a Smarta** or jerk..just find it a little odd)

-- if you've Never really had any beers that you consider That damn good to give a 5 rating (or just a damn near perfect brew)
...what exactly are you "comparing" yours beers with/to or waiting for?!
    That's just Silly...
I have a Boatload of 5 Raters on My list. I guess maybe I'm just drinkin 'em at the Right time of Day..the Perfect Time.

    - bottom line, it's all about Taste..not a Whole lot else.
ya know how in the NFL, you could throw a Flag on Every play if you wanted..extreme example (maybe even odd comparison), but you get the drift.

Heady Topper and Abrasive are tied at the top. I don't have any 5's, both are scored at 4.83 for what it's worth which is why I don't do that many reviews anymore. But even without a score card they would still be my favorites.

BCBCS in the winter for me. Year-around brew was Zombie Dust until a few weeks ago. A friend sent me a fresh Pliny the Elder and a new king was crowned...

agree with two hearted 100%...actually i agree with both! two hearted has been my go to for years...and i finally found a spot that i can get it about 2-3 weeks from bottling...nothing worse than a gem like two hearted sitting on the shelf with a november bottling date(which is a lot more common than some think).
