    Having a Bass IPA now. I actually like this. The aroma isn't too strong, but it turns out that I find it kind of refreshing (in spirit; not so much in taste) to find a beer that's quite bitter without a lot of late hopping.

    Best of the bunch, but I highly recommend being intoxicated. Goes from a hint of syrupy sweetness to a random generic fried food flavor. Sriracha was all right but not spicy at all, and the cheesy garlic bread was just terrible.

    That Pinot Noir barrel cuts like a knife!

    So to honor this great offering with Ulcerate from New Zealand!

    Buuuuh, this one immediately jumped into my top 5 DIPA, first time I had it. Now I crave it all the time. This is some seriously amazing stuff.

    12.5%ABV "IPA" from South Carolina of all places.
    its more of a barleywine than IPA.
    The first couple of sips tell me I'm in for a wild ride
