You're handed the keys to a small basement bar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You are given unlimited resources for acquiring beer, but only six clean, high-end taps to pour from. You have room for two back-up kegs and two cases of bottles (this place is tiny). Only catch is that your benefactor wants North American beers. He doesn't want to be flying his private jet to Europe just to pick up a case of Westy XII. What do you do?

    And... go.

    Lost Abbey Cable Car

A little stout heavy, but Humulus gives a really great lager option. Would look at having an Alpine keg once a month, for sure.

Thought about Belgian Red, but went with Russian River instead. Give the Wisconsinites something a bit heavier for a sour. I haven't had Coffee Bender, but probably up there with Bacon & Eggs. Nice.

Is buying a shit ton kegs of New Glarus and moving the bar to Colorado an option?

Yes. And don't think I haven't tried to figure a way to "import" NG beers to San Diego.

speedway coconut vanilla, cherry rye, sucks, big john, southern tier choklat, cans of 3 beans, and in the hot summer, koko brown. I know, it's not of the caliber of the others, but it's mighty fine in the summer heat.

Flower Power, BBC Coffeehouse Porter, Jack's Abby Kiwi Rising, Sprecher Black Bavarian, and then I'd leave two taps as rotating. One would be Sierra Nevada's current seasonal and the other would be New Glarus' current Unplugged beer (do they still do these?).

Not a big sour fan, but if I had to have one on, it would be something from Cambridge Brewing.

NG does still do the Unplugged series. Last was Enigma, which was a sour brown. I'm not sure if they keg them, though. But bottles would be fine. I'm just waiting for NG to nail down a great IPA or finally brew an Imperial Stout.

You know that there is some filthy rich beer nut somewhere with this set-up in his basement, right? I mean, c'mon, if you've got Paul Allen or John Menard money... only thing is they've probably got more than 6 taps in their home bars.
