    Enjoying a W-n-B and debating a visit to Dunedin Brewery for their Tampa Bay Beer Week vertical tasting of Sierra Nevada Bigfoot. 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012 and a barrel aged blend of 2011/2012. Tempted.

    Sampling my barleywine that was bottled in January '12, great color, clarity, and flavor. I just wish I could get this bugger to carbonate, I think it's time to move on to kegging instead so I have more control.

    'Can't complain at 12.9% and still retaining flavor but the carbonation issue is bugging me, is more like a cask barley instead.

    Yeah, I'm still enjoying beer today I swear i've been productive all day. French fries and salmon burgers here I come, this beer is really neat!

    Had this one time and it was 7 days old and I really enjoyed it. I have had it twice since and not nearly as fresh and did not enjoy it at all. Hmmm... Fast deteriator
