    My first one... I am a little let down. Don't know what I was expecting... maybe more hops? Is there a bottling date code on these? The glowing comments on this made me seek a trade... I am glad I downsized from 12 to 4 of these. I'll try it again.... three more tries!

    O for 2 in beers. Fixing my run of bad luck with a surefire win, a newfound favorite. Not quite up to par with the 2012 bottle I got to try the other day (the store that screwed me with theyear old Hop Rod Rye, also hooked me up with the '12 Sofie, so I guess it evens out), but still damn good.

    The date is usually inked right on the front neck base of the bottle. It get rubbed of easily though.
