So, I'm finishing up my Firestone Walker 16th Anniversary and I am almost beyond words at how complex and flavor intensive this beer is. I know it is a rather insane blend of many great BA Firestone Walker beers, but does anything top this in terms of the amount of flavors you can discern? I haven't had anything close to this, but I haven't nearly had that many beers overall. I need recommendations for beers similar or even more complex in relation to different flavors.

Schneider aventinus weizen-eisbock is probably the most complex I've had

    Cheers!

I'm inclined to say some vintage of Thomas Hardy, or gueuze.

I'd go with Adam from the Wood. Regular Adam is crazy complex, and the extended barrel aging took it to another level for me.

    Bruery strong barrel aged things.

(I thought FW XV was the craziest thing out there until I had Coton and Fruet.)

Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Stout has a lot of distinct flavors. Many layers of goodness. Not related to KBS though- one person's "complexity" is another person's "mess".
