    Never thought I would get to start this thread. After a long night shift, starting off my St. Patty's as traditional as I'm willing to go. Can't beat beer at 8 AM.

    Totally destroying a 750ml of Citra single hop IPA from De Proef. Extremely drinkable but slightly dangerous at 7.4% ABV. This is actually the first instance I've seen craft in supermarkets here in Belgium, and it really is a great series. Good to see the mainstream crowd getting in touch with their hops again. I love some of the reactions, like "omg, this is so bitter".

    Don't worry, this is what beer is supposed to taste like.

    That's how my BMC-drinking friends describe every beer. Got forbid they focus on the flavor.

    I always thought "WHY WOULD ANYBODY ENJOY DRINKING SOMETHING THAT'S BITTER!?" but. I was a pre' stupid kid.
