    Started the day with Brooklyn's Dry Irish Stout while nibbling on some Irish soda bread and making corned beef and cabbage then I switched to another stout. It was St. Patrick that drove all snakes out of Ireland,so I'm having Lost Abbey Serpents Stout.
    Also wearing green.

    God, it's delicious. People wonder why I swirl the beer around in my mouth. First of all when the beer is this delicious I want to taste it as along as I can before swallowing it, and of course most importantly to filter out the pieces of FUCKING WAX.

    Seriously every brewery in the world, please stop doing that.

    Homebrewed Koelsch. Picking up pear notes, white grape, lemon zest, a Chardonnay wine-like character, slight nuttiness, and a dangerous drinkability. If this is a "boring" style, then I'm *extremely* bored right now:
