    Just finished a frenched rack of lamb that was
    outer space good, now this:

    This is the old artwork, and to me, either my tastes
    have changed or this has been tweeked. Critical enjoyment
    at warmer temperatures (true enough!), this one
    has a distinctive and enjoyable hop profile. I just think
    it calls for a higher rating than the BA 86 it has. Those
    low reviews must have been stale. Either way, I like it
    and don't much care if there is no consensus. Cheers!

    So this beer has about as much to do with St. Patrick, as green beer or corned beef. But you know what, it is pretty darn good. And the Corned beef my wife has in the slow cooker is making my mouth water! Slainte everybody!!

    Doing a little "art" as part of some charity thing for Whole Foods. Admittedly, I agreed to do it while at the bar after a few glasses of Sucaba, haha... Have no idea if what I gave them is what they wanted.

    An American Pale Wheat Ale from Begyle Brewing. They're a realatively new brewery here in Chicago. It was a decent enough beer, but I personally felt that it could have used some brightness to it. It was only batch #1 so who knows how they will continue to develop it? Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone. Slainte!
