    I'm at that point where I am so filled with frustration, rage, and disgust that I want to just drink myself into oblivion...but I can't waste good beer on that sort of thing...and all I have here is good beer...so I'm just gonna finish sipping this here stout and call it a night...been fun drinkin' with you fine folks...see ya next weekend.

    Long ass brew day. Oatmeal porter. OG 1.060

    Good saision. Pretty standard stuff going on. Bright apple/lemon/pear/grape with wheat and straw/grass/herbal; yeast earthiness and a touch of funk.

    Spot on Witbier. Aromas are fantastic, taste is a bit watered down; but this is a summer beer no doubt. Ommegang rawks

    And I just now realize that none of this beer is even close to being Irish. lol
