Citrus Bomb IPAs

    I'm currently in love with two citrus bomb IPAs, Heady Topper and Lagunitas Sucks. I'm looking for some recommendations of other citrus bomb IPAs I should seek out.

    I always find Hop Wallop to be pretty citrusy/juicy. Hopslam always comes to mind as well.

    If you like grapefruit bombs, I suggest toppling goliath zeelander. It is hard to get though. They are from Iowa.

    You will be disappointed with everything compared to Sucks and HT. Just buy more Sucks until its gone, and then drive to Vermont.

    Three Floyds Zombie Dust, Great Lakes Alchemy Hour (DIPA), Odell IPA, and (and I cannot stress this enough) Cigar City Jai Alai. Jai Alai blew me away when I tried it for the first time the other night. I haven't had it side by side with ZDust, but if my memory serves it was just as good if not better.

    To me citrus bombs are Pliny the Elder and Racer 5, both of which are two of my favorite IPAs.

    As a fellow NY'er who is also sucks obsessed, I gotta say you are quite devilish. Not one of the items you listed is available in ny! :angry:

    Sorry! At least you get Stone, DFH, Alesmith, Ballast Point, Avery, Firestone Walker, Great Divide, and Troegs there! I don't get any of them here in WI. Every state has their strengths and weaknesses. Except California...

    I hear ya. I need my speedway, so you have my empathy. Over here, though, there is a general deficit of sucks-like hop bombs. So I have hop envy :flushed:

    I am very grateful that sucks comes here in large quantities!
