    And I agree with your dos and don'ts...it has been easy going for me here until I was recently guilty of a classic threadshit and got hammered pretty hard for it.

    It just made me think about what the intentions of the threadshitters are and what the intentions of the threadshitter police are.

    I do it simply. $4$, Never a problem. Limited release low count beers trade $4$ with limited release low count beers. Shelf beers with low bottle counts and great reviews trade $4$ for shelf beers with low bottle counts with great reviews. The exception is when I really want a beer I offer more than $4$. If I get **** traders replying I don't take their offers. Don't rip folks off, treat folks fairly, use $4$ as a guide with the other factors equaled out, and you won't have to wonder how to make things fair, they automatically will be fair.

    As far as threadshitting, I used to be heavily in favor of folks shitting on my threads, they got bumped. Now I am against it, except it does show up as the most recent in the main trade page.

    I think you're exactly right. I believe there's individuals out to troll and some that truly think they're helping someone to not get what they believe is "ripped off".

    There's no option for stupid people? There's a lot of stupid people. I picture a lot of them having big foreheads and eyes really close together yelling at the screen about how many extra chromosomes they have.

    If you read a lot of threadshitting (or just posts in general) in the voice Bill Burr does around 0:27 in this link, it makes the internet a whole lot better.
