    #2 This has to be the best session IPA that I can get a hold of (only 5.75%). Fantastic tate and easy drinking.

    I am really liking it. The strawberry in my opinion is not overpowering but its there. I think this is the perfect hot day sit and relax beer. The first time I was drinking it I couldnt place how to describe it but then I read a review that said it was like Strawberry Ice Cream and a lightbulb went off. Strawberry cream is exactly how I would describe it but in good beer form.

    I can't complain, it got up to 46 today and the record low on this day since 1981 was actually -5. Wishing I were sitting at the end of that pier with a good bottle of ___________.

    So that one doesn't age very well? I picked up a bottle in CA a few months ago, I guess I shouldn't sit on that one? The confusing and frustrating part of cellaring is knowing when to open them at the right time and hoping you hit the sweet spot before they peak (preaching to the choir, I know). :angry: Thanks for the input, I'll move that one to the front to be opened sooner rather than later.
