Found two more six packs this afternoon and I just couldn't pass them up. And they were $2 cheaper than the original six packs I purchased this year. Profile has dwindled a bit it seems but overall the beer still tastes great.

 

Last of the 120 min, crushing this out....

 

Ruthless Rye --> Big Wave Golden Ale --> now Newcastle Founders' Ale

Three really tasty brews IMO.

 

All this talk of Kolsch (and the nice warm weather today), got me thinking.

 

It's one of those days when you need the good stuff...

Just kidding. Had a couple and they were awesome. Haven't seen the 4.20.13 around these parts but would gladly pick some up if I did.

 

2013 has thus far seen a few unfortunately uncarbonated but otherwise tasty bottles opened around here... first Fred from the Wood, then Southampton's Black Raspberry Lambic, and now this:


It's still tasty, and damn if a guy from Indiana is gonna drain pour any HF! anyhoo, I got my dissertation topic ok'd by all the right people today, so cheers and let's hope i'm not hungover while teaching an 8am class tomorrow. and yes, i'm aware of the hypocrisy of posting a fugazi song while talking about being hungover.
