    This reminded me of Lagunitas Sucks, but I think Sucks is a little better. The both have an onion aroma that not many people mention. I don't mind the onion aroma. It doesn't translate to the flavor. Sucks has some rye that compliments the onion like it's a sammich. They both have some citrus and mild tropical in the flavor. Sucks is 0.35 mo betta for me.

    This was alright. It has a mild diesel aroma that I don't like, but can tolerate. The flavor was good, but I didn't think it was one of the better Imperial Reds.

    Really nice dry grainy and sweet caramel maltiness, with a nice range of bitter, floral, fruity (and citric) hops - very drinkable - a worthy brew by my account.
    Paired my second pour with some smoked gouda - good combo...

    Watching a clip of Zebra (a Long Island staple band since the 80's) playing in L'Amours in Brooklyn back in the early 90's - there was a time (*cue nostalgia*) when LI had some great rock/metal clubs like L'Amours, L'Amours East, Sundance, Hammerheads, the Right Track Inn, et. al... out with ya buds, drinking beers, listening to metal - funny thing is, I might've actually been at this show - lol - just can't remember :rolling_eyes:.

    Audio/video isn't great, but hey, it was the early 90's...
