Sitting here basking in the goodness of my first Pliny the Elder. No pictures are needed if you remember yours. I feel like I did at 16 when I lost my virginity. Life is almost complete!

 

The latest variation, Vieille Artisanal Saison (not to be confused with Saison Vieille Artisanal), from Crooked Stave.

 

Love this beer. The Flyers puck my girl and I got a the Flyers Wives Carnival earlier in the month, and got it signed by Andrej Meszaros, Wayne Simmonds, and freaking BERNIE PARENT! 'Twas a great time.

That's a gorgeous pilsner/lager glass.

 

How is it drinking?
Just grabbed 2 the other day, but have never had 120min.

 

On one side this is a delicious citra hop IPA, and on the other, the bitter coffee character still has my brain confused as to whether I'm drinking my morning coffee or having an IPA. I'll say I'm undecided on whether or not I love it.

 

Hoegarden and yuengling because you don't have to drink Heady every night to be cool.

really though I'm at quizzo and they have no bottles and five taps. Im not the asshole that would rather drink water than beer

Truly grateful to have such a great brewery in my backyard. Enjoying NEBCO's Attempted Redrum, which is their barleywine (Premeditated Murder), aged in rum barrels. Very freaking tasty.

 

Then put your big boy pants on and throw down.
