Tough time deciding between Racer 5 and Union Jack. I went with Union Jack as I feel that Racer 5 can fall off pretty fast.

    Lagunitas - all of them

Have not had Stone or Union Jack so I could not vote, but I prefer Lagunitas to the other two by far.

Thats right, this survey is missing two heavy hitters, Lagunitas and Russian River. Don't get me wrong I am a sucker for Ruination and Union Jack is excellent, but Lagunitas and RR make some top notch IPA's that I would consider the best of the West.

I'm not voting (since I haven't had all 4 of them), but it'll be interesting to see how this one turns out...

To me, Stone IPA and Ruination are the epitome of the West Coast IPA and DIPA.

Lagunitas is a big miss. RR isn't on there because it isn't easily available.

BTW, I went with Union Jack over Racer 5. Would've gone with Green Flash but it isn't nearly as available as the other 2

Tough choice. My preference is GF West Coast, but all of them are fantastic. Just got a sixer of Union Jack today.

Out of the options available Union Jack wins IMO. With that being said I rarely purchase any of them due to more attractive options available to me year round here in SD.

True indeed I missed that but I was downing a bomber of Stone Ruination at the time of creation.

Yea Ballast Point Sculpin is a great beer. But my liquor store only got it once and the best by date was like a month before the deadline on the bottle. So I didnt get to enjoy it fresh. But still a great beer.
