    Even at 21 or so IBU this is a nicely balanced lager. Bready dry malts that is met up with just enough bitterness to where each gulp is as satisfying as the first. If ABInbev were truly sharing best practises Spaten Münchener Hell would be the inspiration for an overhaul of the Budweiser recipe. It doesn't have to be more complicated than this to make for a really tasty pale lager beer.

    Braved going out into public for the first time since Monday. Had a cask Ruthless Rye and a 2012 Stone IRS at Whole Foods. Now I'm enjoying a Fulton Sweet Child of Vine and watching Venture Brothers. Cheers.

    Always a pleasure. A bit smoky, phenolic, underiding sweetness, and plenty of spice. I never get tired of Saisons with this type of diversity.
