    Interesting is a good word for it. I got a 2nd bottle that I'm going to sit on for a while to "bring out the funk" as the bottle indicates.

    I can send you one since I'm not sure when I'll be in Wilmington again. I still owe Giovannilucano some homebrew also and I plus I need to make up for that aged bottle of Belgian IPA that you braved/drain poured a few weeks ago!

    I hope you had a good experience with that beer (whether it be the Brooklyn or Schneider version). When it's more on the fresh side it's really incredible and had some that weren't and they were atrocious. If you had a bad experience, give it another try, if it was a good experience, fist pump to you!
