A beer a day

my next door neighbor came over

here's what I drank that day:

1 Bigfoot
3 Bass Ales
2 Guinness Extra Stouts
3 Honker's Ale
1 Mild Winter
1 Brooklyn Dry Irish Stout
1 Shipyard Old Thumper
1 Southern Tier IPA.
1 Old Curmudgeon
approx 6 oz Pusser's Royal Navy Rum.

1-2 beers a day. How else does one get their recommended minerals and B vitamins?

 

Weird, as I've done exactly the same and also noticed I've not gotten sick, also my BP is down.

 

I drink pretty much every day.

 

A beer a day is not enough beers per day.

 

I drink nearly every day, anywhere from one to five beers or a single bomber. Intake depends on heaviness and alcohol levels of the day's brews. It's just a great way to relax, and, regardless of how it impacts my actual sleep, it just winds my body down and makes me just drowsy enough to sleep within minutes of my head hitting my pillow.

 

I actually decided to track all my beer consumption for a month on 2/25. Monday was the end of the month. In that month I drank 176 beers.

 

M- 1 beer
T - 2 beers
W - 3 beer
Th - 4 beers
Fri -5 beers
Sat - 6 beers
Sun - 3 beers

 

Usually two beers a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Usually two.

 

1-2 a night and 2-3 on weekends can't wait for summer so I can get out and run this off lol.

 

Wow! That is some serious intake. I'd be 300lbs in no time. Oh wait, I WAS 300lbs in no time.

I usually have 2-3 a night, and then on my days off/ holidays i start around noon. Around a fire with some friends, an easy 6-8

 

I try limit to one a day. Sometimes the weekends I'll have a couple more. Besides, if I have too many, I won't appreciate the beer as much if you know what I mean! Another note: I weigh 120 lbs. and I primarily stick to craft beer. Put the two together, I don't think my liver can handle that have that many!

One a day and a few on the weekend ... that's my pattern over the past couple months. Thanks to BA (and if I don't start running, I'll be approaching 300 bills at some point)

 

I drink 1-2 beers a day, unless I'm on call. Then I'm dry.

 

A beer a day keeps the doctor away. I am not exagerating when I tell you that everyone else in my office got the flu this winter, as did my girlfriend (who I live with) and I did not.
