    Pineapples, grapefruit, maybe a little mango- that's Southern Tier's bottle-conditioned pale ale, and it's coming across as pretty light and sunshiny right now (even though the weather is not cooperating). Happy Easter!

    I had said earlier I was going to follow up with a brew more suitable for the day. Might as well have my first saison of the year, and first beer from The Bruery. Thanks AndyCarter for this. Just got done eating some 8 year old cheddar, smoked goudah, and some sort of fancy salami with it.

    Great flavor, not light at all. Tons of grapefruit. Nice bitterness to it. At only 6%, it's a winner in my book.
