There has been a Michigan Craft Beer stand out behind centerfield for a couple of years now. They had several Bell's and other Michigan offerings. I applaud their attempt to expand craft beer throughout the stadium.

Nice it seems more arenas for sporting events are trying to get good beer. At the bluejackets gamesxat nationwide arena they have fatheads headhunter on draught among a few others and a decent selection of bottles. I like this trend at sporting events.

While I'm happy to see that craft's finding its way into Comerica, I still can't justify a $9 price tag for a pint of All Day IPA -- or just about any beer. Oberon and Two Hearted being there though, I could consider it ... though I probably still wouldn't cave.

It's a baseball stadium. What do you want? I will take a $9 pint of All Day over an $8 big can of macro all day!

I'll take fountain water over a $9 beer. Has nothing to do with it being craft or macro -- for the price, I'd pass on both. I'll enjoy a sixer of Two Hearted at home for the same price.

I'd tend to agree, but for 9 bucks I might like having one of my very favorite beers while sitting at the ballpark watching the game. I won't pound 5 or 6 of them, but I might splurge on one.

Hell, I've already paid a bunch for my ticket and for parking. What's another $9?

Being a student, I have a reason to be stingy. I do agree that it's a good option to have. Once I have some money to blow, I could see my self getting a beer (or TWO, tops).

This is awesome news. Beer and baseball go hand in hand, and I always like to drink better beer at stadiums even if it is a little pricier.

I will only wet my trousers soon as the joe gets a craft booth, fuck the tigers, LGW. I guess if you are paying 8$ for a slice of caesars craft beer becomes uneconomical.

I'm going to have to get back there for a game again this year. Was there last year when Fister was perfect through the first 17 batters and there was a torrential downpour in the 2nd. It is nice to have good beer on draft at the ball game (something not possible at Wrigley). Go Tigers!

Yep and here in the CHi area every time I want to go to a wings game I cant cause its sold out with awful ticket prices. And too bad cause there are some great places that offer shuttles to the games such as Haymarket.
