KBS Trades

Wow, as far as I know its long gone in Michigan, wish I could just go get some whenever. I never even saw the Coffee. Id love to get my hands on some of the coffee.

Wow, well I guess that increased production thing is working, just not here lol. I had not idea it was so available. I'm sure there are people out there still willing to do $4$ on KBS, just not right now lol.

 

Agreed. I'd wait a week or so (since it is just starting to roll out in distribution) and let everyone simmer down, haha.

I'm sending mine to a trading partner. If I get a 4-pack, it's his... if I get a case, it's his. Either way, B.C. is gettin' some KBS.

 

You have to look for it but you can still find BCBS on the shelves in many small stores in Chicago. KBS hit on Monday and most places received one case, limit one bottle/customer and it's gone in 30 minutes or less.

Definitely harder to find than BCBS but I'll take a BCBS over a KBS any day.

 

This is the absolute worst time to trade for a huge release.

Distro hasn't hit everywhere yet, so you're fighting amongst hordes of people for a much smaller crop of beer right now.

Also, the trading forum is flooded with people looking to ***** out their new found release, so they're not going to "settle" for a measly 4-pack of BCBS quite yet.

If you wait a couple of weeks, BCBS for KBS, and other perfectly reasonable trades, should get done pretty easily.

My plan is to just wait. In fact, it's what I do for most releases. The only time it ever backfired on me was on King Henry - the hype train just never slowed down on that guy... I have no such worries with KBS given the humongous annual quantities.

 

Yeah I'm realizing that now. Its ok, its been in the fridge for this long...it can stay in there for a while longer.

Glad to hear other parts of the country had as small distribution of KBS as we did. At least I think Founders doesn't hate us more than any other state in their distro network!

 

Ill trade 7 kbs for a rare any day. Double fbs is mediorce at best. And I do have 7 bottles if anyone wants to takee me up. :-)

In two months, I'll be getting KBS as extras again.

Where in MD? I'd like to check that out. I like KBS, but prefer the BCBS/BCBCS

 

Last year I traded 6 x KBS for 2 King Henry. Both sides were happy. My how times change.

 

Probably the wrong forum, but seeing as 2012 BCBS, IMHO, is freaking awesome, and it's way up in terms of numbers, anyone want to give a shout out to the InBev machine? Don't think they have ruined BCBS or others have they?
