    Friend brought me a variety 6 pack from these folks. This was my first of the 6. Good, but nothing to write home about. Still always fun to try new stuff, especially from a brewery I previously knew nothing about.

    It got released early in Maine with KBS. It's tasty but very sweet from the bourbon. Smooth, though - no boozy burn. Reminds me of Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale but with a better base beer.

    I'm not one to waste a good beer while I'm sick. Better off with orange juice and vitamin C. If you can't shake it in a few days, then see a doc for a Z-pack and a steroid shot and you'll be good as new. Feel better soon.
