    Not technically Sunday here anymore, but what the hell, it's Sunday somewhere (I think) and this thread is still open. Weyerbacher Unfiltered Double Simcoe. (I wonder how much difference there is between the unfiltered version and the regular one). First ever brew from this brewery. Reminds me of DFH 90 min. Super balanced for a dipa. Lots of earthiness in this one, almost like an English brewery made a dipa.
