Relay for Life LIF

Four weeks from today, I will be participating in the University of Washington Relay for Life to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

This will be my third year at the event. My father, brother in law, and aunt have all fought and survived cancer. I am very fortunate to have not lost any of them, but the feeling of powerlessness to help a loved one is something I don't want anyone to go through, so I do what I can to fight it.

In order to get added to the drawing for the LIF, please put your username in either "Private note for the person or team you are supporting" or "How would you like your name to appear on the public donor wall?" For every $10 donated, I will put your name into the drawing once. I don't know that I can promise a live drawing or video, but I will do the drawing in front of witnesses including a fellow BA.

I'd just like to point out that of the six contributors so far, five of them have 2012 join dates. 2012ers 2012ing I suppose
