    The beans are washed, dried, washed, dried, rinsed, dried, packaged then brewed. It's not expensive because its shitty (pun intended).

    These shit coffee fads have me a bit puzzled. Clearly what's happening is that the meat of the berries are being digested, but not the seed (the part we roast, grind, and steep). Can't we just duplicate that outside of a creature's digestive tract? I mean, isn't that basically what wet processing is?
