    So I was at one of the fancier restaurants in my crummy little town last night, and was curious to see what their beer selection was like. Scanning the beer menu... Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Heineken... same ol', same ol'... WOAH! Chimay?! Yes Please!

    And served in a Chimay chalice no less! You have no idea how impressive this was for a place where I live.

    Just had a Phillips Double Dragon Red. Holy awesome. 8.2% of super hoppy spectacularness.
    Now having a Phillips Twisted Oak Stillage Rum Barrel Aged Red
    so sweet so tasty so much sweetness. Its like they aged it in vanilla rum barrels. 4.75./5. Best phillips beer ive ever had

    I typically go to Philly at Caffe Italia to watch Italian football on Sundays, and it is cool seeing the old Italians playing cards, screaming in Italian, and drinking coffee! An awesome spot of culture indeed!

    Really enjoyed the vanilla bean and chipotle versions but just now getting around to this. Stone's a top brewer IMO, and this beer is exactly what I expected.
