    Took a gravity reading on my barleywine and it's the best batch to date with nice clarity...

    Then sampled another FishEye Brewing Co. (aka "my homebrew") Saison and it turned out absolutely fantastic and the 9.6% is pretty well buried and with alot of funk and tang right now... (coriander, bitter orange peel, and paradise seeds)

    Just got this one from a local bottle shop yesterday...

    I think I'm disappointed by this one. On the side of this bottle, it says "Vintage 2011". Perhaps the coffee taste has become stale due to old age? Stone Espresso IRS from last night's tasting easily surpassed this Wake 'n' Bake in terms of coffee flavor. Should had it when it was fresh, I guess.
