    This was very nice and tasty. Well balanced, moderate sweetness.

    This is fricking excellent. Big peppery yeast/carbonation with moderate fruity esters and well balanced spicing. Crisp and very drinkable for a 10% brew. May have to revisit Cinq Cents.

    Surprisingly hoppy! Tastes exactly like the ginger you get w/ sushi + sweet grainy malts.

    Ugh. I want to try some of that stuff. I've got an archaeologist friend in Austin who I think is saving me a bottle for whenever I might get down there again. I know it's supposed to be hoppy, but I'm hoping the brett will develop and justify letting it sit for a while.
