    After Alaskan's "Troppelbock", I had to wash it down with something that actually benefits from it's oddities...

    I was shocked by how layered and delicious this ended up being... Drink it cold for a sweet, chocolate-forward Imperial experience, or let it reach room temperature for some fire on your tongue, this beer is complex and satisfying. An instant classic by an underrated, but growing brewery.

    Ok guys and gals , I need some more people drinking with me this morning , this beer is from December but still has a good flavor , I know I'm breaking the rule of drinking an IPA that is over 2 days old, hehe , but I love it all the same

    I tried to love that beer. But that dry/dusty flavor was way, way too prominent. Gimme St. Peter's any day.

    ALTHOUGH! I did feel it was an excellent beer apart from that. I can recognize a well-crafter beer, whether it suits my buds or not. Much respect to Anchor Porter

    Drink up, guys and gals! I'll follow suit after work. I thnk I'll have a Narwhal to start the night off. Still cases of that stuff by me...I suppose I need to bite the bullet and grab one for aging purposes.

    got a sample of this at work a couple days ago

    not really a fan of this one. too sweet for my taste, the smell kind of reminds me of a malt liquor.
