I had set up a big trade with MrVonzipper a little while ago. It was our first trade, and we agreed to send some top wants to each other. The night before we were supposed to ship, I recieved word that my little brother had suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. I had to make the 8 hour trip up to Maine ASAP. When I told Justin what happened, he organized an effort from upwards of 20 BAs to send care packages to me. I would like to take this oppertunity to publicly thank him, and all of the awesome people who sent great beers to cheer me up. I feel blessed that so many people (that ive never traded with or even talked to) took the time, effort and money to make me feel better. Thank you Justin and all of the other BAs for not only being great traders, but great people.
Much love to you all and the BA community.

    Very sorry for your loss.

This is a sign of good communication being key. Even though OP was/is dealing with tragedy, he was able to send a message to someone he had a trade set up with, a small gesture but really shows character. Prayers are with you and your family.

MrVonzipper: Good on you, Justin. I knew there was a heart of gold in there somewhere. We missed you on Saturday, brother.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I would really like to give back some love to the BA trading community. I can't afford to ship out boxes to all of the people who sent me beer (which is want I eventually want to do). Any good ideas besides a free beer giveaway in the ISO:FT forum?

This. I'd rather you see you pay it forward than get a box back.

also agree with this. i bet everybody that sent a box didnt do it expecting to get a box in return, but rather to show support for someone in a time of need. everynow and then we all need a small gesture to make us smile and forget about something, even if for just a minute.
