    Long day here . . . just opened a Hoppyum. I want something bigger, but I really need to get in another hour or two of reading tonight so anything more than this 6.25% ABV would not be particularly conducive to productivity.

    The flight of pours at Forest & Main Brewery in PA. I even went back for another pour of the Folk Saison. As suspected, it paired exceptionally well with the polenta shortcake topped with blueberry compote. Today was a good day especially sonce -- like Ice Cube -- I didn't have to use my A.K.

    I was hoping for more from this one. It may be this bottle specifically, but something is just of. A weird sourness and funk. I'll have to get another bottle soon to compare.
