I'm currently following up a Victory at Sea with a DFH 90 Minute IPA as a palate cleanser, and oh my god if this isn't one of the best beer experiences I've had in a long, long time. Keep in mind that I'm probably a total featherweight compared to veteran BA'ers, but man this is a wonderful study in different flavor profiles playing off of each other. Best buzz I've had since.. well, I can't remember when, honestly. Wow.

My first full glass of this since last year. Gotta pick a buddy up at the airport tonight so it looks like it'll only be one beer till then.

South Jers has had it for over a year. We had people driving down from Toms River last summer to come down and buy variety and six packs. I'd put Elliot Ness in the top 20 that got me into craft, love GL.

Now I'm drinking a great IPA my friend and I brewed a few weeks ago. For those who saw my post not too long ago about the beer I made that was of low ABV, it is that beer. I used about a pound or so of honey from my parents bee hives and it is a low alcohol IPA. I call it, "Honey, I shrunk the IPA"

Corny, but I've been drinking so what do I care?

I really had no interest in this beer until the White Oak comparisons...but maybe I'll just try to get my aunt to bring me some White oak instead.
