Another vote for Sierra Nevada. Why?
    Their beer camp
    Reasonable pricing
    Estate beer
    Delicious year-round lineup
    Celebration
    Expansion in NC (holla!)
    Pedigree
These guys are good. Really good.

Classy, as in looks high-class when you buy/drink them? Firestone Walker, Cantillon and Hill Farmstead come to mind.

Classy, as in taking a high road in business practices? I don't know, Sam Adams was pretty awesome when they shared their hops at cost with fellow brewers during the big shortage.

Man, I wish I would have go into a tour when I was out there - that's really awesome looking. They book up months ahead of time. If anyone is interested, they should call asap.

I really enjoyed it, but classy was not the impression of my visit to The Bruery.

Hard to argue with Firestone Walker but I'll introduce AleSmith to the conversation. Great beers, best taproom environment/guest experience, and they've got the same down to earth attitude they've always had.

Firestone is automatically disqualified for the frat boy 805 disaster. If I could wipe one beer off the planet, it would be that one. Thanks for "representing the 805" with a gutless blonde.

Russian River defines classy in the craft beer industry. All beers are high quality. Instead of constantly pumping out throngs of new beers (of varying quality), they choose to perfect beers. Even when they expand, the focus is always on maintaining and improving quality. They set the bar high for many popular styles in American craft beer. Labels are simple, but beautiful. The brewpub is spectacular in terms of food, amount/variety of their own quality beers on tap at any given time, atmosphere, and prices. Makes me wish I lived in Santa Rosa so I could go there many times a week.

Luckily I don't think that leaves the 805 so most people have no idea they even make it.
