    This is the first weekend I've actually been able to relax in months...finally have an upcoming week without tests. Celebrating the (almost) end of the semester by pulling this barrel aged beaut from the cellar:

    Man, this is a big beer! The bourbon comes through so smoothly on this one.

    My first sip of this liquid goodness and I think it meets all the hype surrounding it. Now what to do with the other 3 bottles , age 3 , drink one more and age 2 .     Flying Fish Exit 16. I've drank more Exit 16 in the last 2/3 months than any other beer. I guess I like it!
