I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I know there is the Lupulin Threshold shift, but has anyone experienced a change in the way they perceive sour beers?

When I first started drinking wild ales and sour beers, especially Jester King, I could taste a strong yogurt/lacto presence. Now though, in those same beers, all I taste is sour, tart, astringency.

Nope, all I taste is unicorn tears and kitten lips and horse blanket. Delicious.

The cheesy lacto presence is variable for me with the same beers from different batches. I actually like it when it tastes a bit cheesy.

I once told a girl that my semen tasted like strawberries and jesus. Ah, that was a good night.
