Prairie Ales is just killing it right now. Just had a Funky Galaxy, a Galaxy hopped black farmhouse, and loved it.

Almost anything with Galaxy is yummy. Not common in a Saison with Brett, though.

Don't know if they still make it, but Jolly Pumpkin Baudelaire IO is superb, though not quite as good as that Logsdon Seizoen Bretta (not sure if they still make it either, but if you see one, it's great).

Most Fantome beers are funky saisons, though they're pretty hard to find these days. A little inconsistent, but the regular Fantome saison is spectacular sometimes...

Pretty sure Victory Helios isn't really Brett focused, though it is pretty good.

Does anyone know if Green Flash's Saison Diego contains any brett?

Prairie Artisan "Prairie Ale" is definitely the most balanced brett saison i've tried

I LOVE brett saisons. I think Love Buzz is my favorite beer so far this year. One that hasn't been mentioned that I really enjoyed recently was Evil Twin Ron and the Beast Ryan. Definitely worth a try..

That's actually kinda surprising. It has a nice dose of funk and sharpness to it. Hell of a value too. Hard to find anything cheaper within the style, actually.

THIS! Seriously, I wasn't expecting to be as impressed as I was after having this one fresh; but this beer blew me away. One of the best saisions I have ever had.

When you mention a "generous dose of brett," be aware that Brett continues to ferment in the bottle. One of my fav. saisons is The Bruery's Saison Rue. It's bottle conditioned with brett, so the brett characteristics that I believe you're looking for will be minimal when you drink Saison Rue fresh. However with age, it develops gloriously.

Also, be mindful some saisons use brett as a primary fermenting yeast, like Logsdon, Allagash Interlude. This is probably what you're looking for short term to give you a "generous dose." Other saisons mentioned in the thread go through a secondary fermentation with brett before reaching the bottle, which also give the beer a nice brett dose.

A top 3 beer for me is Orval, however there's a condition, it must be 3-4 years old. It's bottle conditioned with Brett. Brett will develop the flavors you're looking for in an environment with oxygen. Considering a beer bottle conditioned, oxygen is less prominent, than say a wooden barrel. Which is why Orval, and other beers bottle conditioned with brett take more time to develop the signature brett characteristics.

Westbrook McCullough. They use three different strains of brett and boy does it show...
