    A home brewed American Blonde Ale I aged in White wine soaked French Oak chips. Only a week since bottling and its damn delicious, pretty proud of this one.

    I'm definitely going to have to try to age some of the regular IRS myself- the price does seem to be too good to pass up these days.

    Tonight- we finally got Great Lakes in my part of NJ, and I also just got the sampler 12 pack. First up:

    I finally got my hands on some Edmund Fitzgerald- and, like I expected, I can see myself drinking a ton of this. Really looking forward to the other three styles!
