    I'm having some Southern Tier 2X Steam- it's their 8% "imperial" California common. I don't love it. The malt flavor is big enough to bring it in the Märzen range (it's also a bit too much on the sweet side for me), but because the beer gets a fruity yeast character as well, it's a little cloying.

    Latitude 48.

    I read today that they added a new hop for 2013, Mosaic. It has good flavor, but seems to have a bit less hop bitterness (I know, I know, lupulin threshold shift) than the last time I had one. Does anyone else know if they tweaked the recipe other than adding the new hop?
