Probably a little late with this.

 

Serious haul today.... Cheers!!

 

A fellow co-worker of mine left these for me today on my desk; for no reason at all.

Gotta love working with people that drink good beer! I've never had the BCBS....really looking forward to that one.

 

...although not really a haul. I took these with me to DLD to share. Look for them to be released in a few weeks!

It's not just one haul, but here are several hauls from today and the last couple of weeks, as yet undocumented.

First up is the result of hitting four different stores today for myself and three trading buddies around the country. Ten 2013 Firestone Walker Parabola barrel aged imperial stouts:



Next was another couple from today, the Midnight Sun Moscow RIS brewed with rye and the 2013 Arctic Devil barrel aged barleywine, with the 2011 Arctic Devil for balance:



Also on today's rounds, I finished out this set by picking up the Rogue Ales version of the Class of '88 barleywine collaborations to join the Deschutes and North Coast versions:



Recent New Belgium run with a couple of La Folie sour brown ale, a Cascara Quad, the Brasserie Dieu du Ciel collab Heavenly Fijoa Tripel, and the Brewery Vivant collab Biere de Garde:



Next up is the Logsdon Farmhouse Ales grouping with two Cerasus krieks, a Seizoen Bretta and a Seizoen:


Here are Ommegang Game of Thrones Iron Throne Belgian ale and Art of Darkness Belgian dark ale:



A couple pair of Stones, Dayman coffee IPA and the Espresso RIS:



And last but certainly not least, we have the Saint Somewhere / Prairie Artisan Ales collab Plus tot L'etat farmhouse ale.



Makes me tired and thirsty compiling all of that.

Letspour box came in today, and I got a free Black Butte opener! Looks like I have a new favorite bottle opener.

Me too but I happend to buy a case, is that over doing it?

 

NO. If I had the cash, and the wife allowed it, I too would have bought a case. She says I don't need all that beer at once. She doesn't understand the hoarding aspect of being a BA.

 

Where did you get a case of Hoptimum! So jealous.

 

I got it at my local shop in Hickory, NC. I ended up having about 7 or 8 cases of the stuff last year. Love it.

 

This is amazing. I would cough up the money for a counter pressure filler and stash shit away for life. Growler a year...not a bad idea
