May 2013 metro detroit tasting

    Just got approval to host a tasting from the wife for the month of May. I was thinking of having it Saturday, May 18 at my house in white lake. Not sure if anyone has something planned that night. I plan on smoking something for food, and invite anyone else to also bring whatever. I plan on opening afew crooked stave sours, and probably the uplands blueberry lambic, and anything else that might suit my fancy. Probably start around 7:00, and if it is nice, we can sit on the deck. Please let me know if you are interested in attending.

    Never mind a couple days to figure this out. Got clearance from the wife, I'm in. are we doing a list of what people are bringing?

    I'm thinking a BA Big Sound, some sort of California IPA (waiting on a box, probably something from Alpine), and I'll dig around for something else.

    So just to start putting a list together we SO FAR have

    1. Crooked Stave Sours - Would like to know what so I can keep a tally for us
    2. Uplands blueberry lambic
    3. Some stuff from Belgium....
    4. Doom
    5. BA Big Sound
    6. Cali IPA (Alpine?)

    Ill put what Im bringing on the List tomorrow as Im still not sure..But by looking at the list so far I think I know the direction im going...
