Just ripped a can of Newburyport Greenhead IPA off the six pack holder, and a Newburport Brewing Co. guitar pick popped out! Brings me back to being a kid and getting the prize at the bottom of the cereal box, only this time I didn't even know I was getting a prize. Kinda made my night. Anybody else come across something like this?

No but that's freakin awesome. I love how much emphasis breweries support music in general.

Once I bought some LeftHand milk stout. Didn't notice until I took out a bottle that it came with a nice LeftHand sticker. Not that its super exciting but thought that was kind of cool. Heck they probably still do it since it has been a long time since I bought some.

A couple years ago I popped open a Magic Hat. It said, "Call ... for your gift." I called and they sent me a package with a shirt, bottle opener, and some stickers. Those Magic hat bottle caps are something else.

They should write it on the bottom if they want to give out more stuff, probably see it when you are dumping that drain pour...

Magic Hat...it is what it is. My Dad buys them, and i occasionally have one with him. Calling Magic Hat a "drain pour" is a strong statement. I feel you know what you are going to get with Magic Hat, just a decent brew. Their plus is that you can pick up some at any gas station or grocery store in VT.

Honestly, it takes basically Windex to be a drain pour for me. I said it, primarily, in jest :sunglasses:

    Disliking Magic Hat is cliche.

Sorry, but #9 is the poster child for drain pouring.

When the tap room opens up, they're going to focus on bringing music into the venue. Apparently the owners also are into music and have bands on the side. Looking forward to them getting up and running, from what I heard they just installed the bar.

This beer got quite a few of us into craft beer, myself included. Get off your high horse...

I was happy when I got a Stone DVD out of an IPA case.
