    Finished with a homebrew Centennial/Simcoe/Columbus IPA, on of my last bottles which happens to be a 22 oz because I ran out of caps near the end of bottling. Was supposed to be a Head Hunter clone, but isn't very close. Still quite good after a few months plenty of citrus and moderate tropical fruit; finished really dry at 1.008 because of missing mash temps but still tasty. Definitely needs more simcoe and columbus at the end of the boil if I try it again.

    Drinking on this again tonight. Goddamn it's awesome only living an hour and a half from the tap house...It'd be even better if it was closer...no filter on this, just had the perfect lighting. This is so damn good.
